Designed around the chassis, payload and route, configurations can include reinforced framing, corrugated side panels, rear or side access, cargo-restraint points and application-specific flooring.

Compact goods-carrier bodies can be evaluated for Tata Ace- and Euler-class platforms, while HCV bodies are developed from approved chassis, payload, dimensional and duty-cycle information.

ENGINEERING & COMPLIANCE
Modern body building requires more than welding.
Body weight, load distribution, structural integrity, dimensional limits, roadworthiness, maintainability and cargo protection must be considered together. We work from chassis data and an agreed technical package rather than treating every vehicle as the same.
Applicable CMVR, AIS-093, OEM and registering-authority requirements are reviewed for each body type. Hazardous-goods tankers, passenger bodies and other regulated applications are accepted only after the required design, testing and approval scope is confirmed.
